Course Content

MODULE 1

Align

Align is where transformation begins. Before we sculpt and strengthen, we reconnect. In this phase, you’ll awaken dormant muscles, improve posture, restore mobility, and relearn how to move with control and intention. Align teaches your body the patterns it was designed for-so everything that follows feels stronger, safer, and more powerful.Foundation for calm, restoration, and body-mind alignment. This is designed to be flexible, intuitive, and fully stackable — meet your body where it is. One module a day, one class a day, or up to three classes if you feel inspired. Choose a single session for gentle consistency, combine two, or mix and match for variety and energy. Each session focuses on mobility, nervous system repair, breathwork, and restorative movement, helping you reset tension, reconnect with your body, and prepare for strength. Your ritual: Move intentionally, at your pace. Journal before, during, and after — notice how your body and mind respond at the beginning and end of the day. Listen, adjust, and honor what your body needs. Goal for Week: Build a foundation of awareness, calm, and trust in your body. Consistency matters more than intensity- show up, feel, and reflect.

MODULE 2

SCULPT

Strengthen What Makes You Feel Alive. Once the body is aligned and awakened, we begin to build strength with intention. In Sculpt, we focus on strengthening the muscles that bring vitality, confidence, and power to everyday life-your glutes, chest, back, shoulders, and arms. Using medium and light weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight movement, we start to shape a body that feels strong, capable, and energized. This phase is about creating tone, stability, and resilience while continuing to move with awareness and control. You’ll feel muscles waking up, posture improving, and energy rising as we train the body to support you in everything you do. Not extreme. Not punishing. Just consistent, intelligent strength-building that makes you feel vibrant, powerful, and alive.

MODULE 3

THRIVE

Thrive is the culmination of your Ageless Method journey. This phase is about maximizing strength, mobility, and energy so your body moves with ease, confidence, and longevity. It’s where alignment meets sculpting mastery, and every movement is designed to activate your full potential, refine your body’s capacity, and leave you feeling empowered and rejuvenated. In Thrive, you don’t just train muscles; you train your body to flow, adapt, and perform beautifully in everyday life. Each session is a harmonious blend of: Compound movements that build power and coordination Isolating sequences to refine tone and strength Mobility and breath integration to optimize recovery, posture, and nervous system balance By the end of this phase, YOU will feel strong, supple, energized, and fully alive—ready to move through life with confidence and grace.
